Can you delete the exhaust brake and swap turbo? From a 2006 intake and turbo

why do you need the intake?
A stock turbo off a 5.9 is waaaayyyyy to small to work 'well' on a 6.7. You would be much better off going aftermarket......but you can use a stock 3rd gen manifold.

The exhaust brake is the turbo...so swap turbo no EB......but make sure you have a turner that can delete the VGT and still run like h&s.
