Default Looking to Lower

I got a hold of a company that makes lowering shackles for 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks there shackles drop 2 inches in the rear so it sits level..I was talking on the phone to them and do any of yall know if the leaf spring is on the top or the bottom of the hanger? It was raining like a cow pissing on a flat rock yesterday so i didnt have a chance to look.

There is a site airbagit.com that might be a possibility. Also Kelderman Mfg www.keldermanmfg.com that has a full rear end 4 link suspension kit.
