Default Need some Stacking Advice.

First time posting I'm a new member been reading these forums for a while great stuff. My question I have a MP8, Smarty, and Edge with additude. Can I stack them all? I know people love stacking the MP8 and the smarty but would like the on the fly advantage of adding the Edge. If I do stack them all should I run the Smarty without timing or turn off the timing on the Edge. I'll be running the Edge on like number 1 unless I am racing someone light to light so if I run the Smarty without timing I will most of the time be riding around with lots of fuel and little to know timing so I'm thinking to go other way Edge without the timing BUT if I have the MP8 jacking up the pressure and the smarty with the timing what is left for the Edge to do? Any help will be appreciated. Have whats in the signature now will be adding intake horn, grid heater delete, turbo, cp3, injectors, and boost tube soon.

Wow thats alot of stacked power.. I would run the smarty on the stock setting and than tune up and down with the edge as needed.

The edge increases timing, if you are going to stack with the smarty put the smarty on even # levels. This adds fuel only with no additional timing.

run the edge on stock and leave it that way, all your going to do is lose power trying to stack the three unless you spend a couple hours on a dyno trying to figure out what combo gains you the most power. But if you insist on running all three, if your edge has the option to run stock timing or edge timing run the stock timing and use the timing from the smarty, which I assume it does from your post, but if it doesnt then run the smarty on the even number settings and use edge timing and not the smarty, you try running them both then, you will probably pop a head gasket or possible lose your motor. Back in the day when there was not much available I run a power pup,mp8, and edge, and that motor lasted 22k miles, but I didnt have an option to run stock timing with the edge because it was a beta unit, but I also run nitrous and water meth on the truck.

Yea kind of what I figured. The edge does have the option to use stock timing. I just put the MP8 on last night haven't drove it yet. Have had the Smarty with timing on one of the low numbers TNT software and the edge on stock timing for a while and I can go from 0 stock to 6 hot unlock on the edge with what seems as no difference. I think the Smarty has more potential because before I got the Smarty had the Edge ran it on #6 hot. It ran good but truck handled it with only the few mods I have. When I got the Smarty I tried it on TNT 9 with the edge off and it was way more fuel than the truck could handle high egt right away so much smoke couldn't see the road behind me and no power. I think as I add more mods the Smarty is going to come in a lot more handy than the Edge. Guess the Edge is now just an expensive set of gauges.
