how would be a good way to check to see if thats where its coming from cause i really dont think i woulda blown after about 3000 miles of driving guess it coulda but i wouldnt think so its only set on the 90 hp tune

i dont know. maybe i can find out tomorrow. did you use stock bolts.

no i used arp 625 and studded my rockers titanium valve springs and chromoly push rods had the head magna fluxed and milled

when i got out of my truck earlier opened the hood the antifreeze in the over flow it was about 2 or 3 inches from the top and went back out about hour or 2 later and it was about were its suppose to be it makes no sense

this makes me wonder if its not coming from somewhere else. maybe the drive pressure on turbo is doing it. i will let you know what i find out tomorrow

ok thanks is this your first head gasket and do you got stock bolts or studs??

this is my first head gasket. i got my head back from milling. it was off .016 . we are waiting on exhaust gaskets etc. i will be putting our allen head bolts in.

while driveing it today it never pushed any out and i drove it pretty hard tryin to see if it would heat up or blow anything out it never did hottest it got was 210 and right back down and the overflow is about normal

mine done it when i hooked the boat anchor to it and my pullin truck on the back.

ok talked to some guys they think possibly rad or water pump??others still say head gasket i dont know what to do it fixing to get fire ringed so it will talke alot more to blow also is does any body think its the smarty doing it or they doing it with all tuners i know a guy i think hes running black max and all the deletes and hes got 150k and origional head gasket no probs
