Question Advice from the smart people here

Iv got an 08 3500 dually. I've done the EGR/Cooler and DPF/CAT delete and have a smarty jr. What I want to ask is if there is anything else I should do. It's not pulling anything most of the time. I do have a 16,000 lb 5th wheel that I pull. I'm not looking for a race truck just want to pull the 5th wheel better and get better MPG. Iv looked at wastgete, gadges, intake horn, some other stuff but am unshure if I need any of this. This is my first diesel and have been doing some reading but Im still counfused. I would like your input thank you.
