Default Edge Juice with attitude

I am looking into purchasing a programmer for my 08 6.7litre. I am leaning to the Edge because of the level change on the fly. All comments will be taken seriously. Also other performance infomation from aftermarket turbos to exhausts, comments from little to big is gladly appreciated.

Thanks in advance of your time.

I wou Edge product have been right on top of it all a long... So you want go wrong with Edge... I've been running a Edge Comp in my truck for 4 years and the last 2 years solely on 5x5 and getting awesome MPG's... 21-22 MPG AVG and 25.3 MAX MPG...

i love the hell out of my juice. dont forget it also has low end power adjustments turbo cool down setting. safety alerts and cold engine protection. one of my friends has an 08 with a juice his egts do get a lil hot when he is pullin, if he put new exhaust on i think it would take care of that. overall great chip. i hear aero exhaust does a good job. not too loud but good sound good flow.

Let me start by saying I dont have a 6.7, but I do own a 06 5.9. Started off with a Bully Dog triple dog with crazy larry, it was ok but it smoked like a steam engine. I did not care for that so i traded up to the Edge Juice with attitude. The install was easy but you have to mount the little monitor to have all 5 settings. With gauges it too much in the cab. It has less power on level 5 than I was hoping for. It does run hot. I run a 5" TB MBRP exhaust and it still runs warm. Just ordered the smarty and am going to give it a try. Hope this helps some. PS-the Edge is the more expensive of the three. Mike

What do you plan on doing to your truck? Exhaust and egr modifications?

I only have a week on my Black Maxx with my Dodge, but have had the Edge on my Chevy for a couple of years. I would look into the Black Maxx if I were you. Fully adjustable on the fly, code free deletes and a much better display than the Edge. There is a difference in price, but it is worth it to me.

Matt could you clarify this for me....Do H&S products like your Blackmaxx turn off EGR functions (valve) electronically or do you have to block or remove the butterfly? Thanks.

You can just unplug the egr and leave it in place. No codes will be there with the black maxx whether you just unplug it or remove the whole thing.
