Mods had to start somewhere

Next will most likly be ditching the EGR, and ripping everything past the exhaust housing off and redoing that, and a smarty to get it to run right.

I just wish these truck's could be tuned like my 4th gen f body comptuer... that thing I can ditch anything I want and just set the readiness monitor's to "ready no report" and go thru emmissions with no problems, the truck I'm gonna have to put the stock exhaust back on, hook the ERG back up and put the stock tune back in it for a couple weeks and drive around so the comptuer will be happy when they plug into it

I wish I could just take the EGR off, block off plate the intake elbow, and just zip tie the entire egr setup up in the truck and leave it plugged in. I'd think it might not kick any codes off, but I don't know if anyone's tried that. Not sure if it has to see pressure or not.

.... definitley agree though

S&B, AEM, and AfE all make good dry flow filters. Spend some cash and take care of your truck the right way man.

And burn that K&N when you're done
