I've got a 7.5 6.7L and the DPF went missing a few months ago. Have had no problems with my H&S delete until recent. Truck is trying to regen and I can't figure out why. James with RSD is sending me some new SIMS but I ohmed out my current SIMS and they are all the same. The EDGE clears all codes on startup so there is no CEL but as soon as I drive about a 1/4 mile, she starts smoking like hell and the Edge is alerting that a regen is taking place. Then I get a "DPF Ristriction-Ash Accumulation" code.

Anybody have any ideas? I'm afraid to drive the truck and not havins wheels is killing me.

 

Something tells me the delete kit is inferior.

Still waiting on the new Sims...should be here tomorrow. Looking at the Smarty for a long term fix.

New Sims arrived today. Truck seems to be running better but throwing 2 new codes that Edge won't clear on start-up. P200C and P200E. Still hesitates a little when shifting between 3rd and 4th gear. Gonna run it a while and see what happens.

 

Shibby at RSD sent me a different set with the wire looped into the connector. Working great...truck is on fire again.
