That night has come and gone thanks to all your help.
By the way Did you hear that F-15 buzz your house early this morning? I'll post the rest of the pics up in the morning. I'm BEAT. Took me a while, but I finally got my skin to turn white again so I don't look like Buddy in my avatar.

I think waiting til it's a bit cooler is a good idea. Like maybe 80 degrees instead of 180 like it was yesterday. Next one should be a lot easier too. I was surprised that blade held up as well as it did. Had I been thinking ahead, I should have brought some Titex drills out and made a starter strip of holes. We'll remember that next time.

Well, Photobucket finally decided to cooperate, so I have the delete pics uploaded.
The exhaust was a bit of work, but more than worth it. I will say I'm very impressed with the fit and ease of installation of both the egr delete kit and the exhaust.
I cut the downpipe to save some time by not having to drop the transmission crossmember. If I ever have to put the stock exhaust back on. I'll just make a 5"-4" reducer and run it that way.
The exhaust is a 5" Flo-Pro turbo back. My ONLY complaints about the exhaust system, and it's a minor one.. is that they could have deburred the inside of the tubing a little better. We had to take a file to a couple of joints to get the burr off from it being cut. Once the burrs were gone, the joints fit as perfect as I could ask for.
The welded bungs for the 02 sensors each had a small weld bb in the lead thread. I scratched them out with a tap, since I didn't have the right size tap to chase it with. Had they inserted a brass or hard copper plug before welding, that would have been a non issue. Again.. just a minor detail that was an easy fix. The hangers all lined up exactly where they were supposed to. Once we got the stock exhaust undone and out of the way, the new one went on pretty quickly.
The egr delete kit is top notch quality as well.. and fit perfectly. A big thanks to Chris(CBrahs) for hooking me up with everything I needed, and offering some helpful hints before I got started. Also a big thanks to Lucus (08dodgeram2500) for all your help. Sure makes
it easier having another set of hands.
Enough rambling.. Here's a pic of the egr delete plate.
