Default S67ME SMARTY

Just a quick note to let everyone know that the new patch release of Smarty 6.7ME had done it.
I am very happy with the results. All looks original from outside. All exhaust connections are on and connected. I have just done a 4 inch hole bored through the whole thing.
I have Smarty set at level 3. The power is great any time I need it. Very lively!!!

And there is no lights or codes!!

After 3 weeks of testing with almost 1900 miles, my fuel consumption hand calculated is 17.95 MPG. That is about 60 percent highway and 40 percent traffic in city.

That is just unbelivable for me.

So, BIG THANKS to Stefano. You did it man. Do apperciate the good work.
God bless

Default dpf

Did you bore a hole through you dpf? I have been thinking about doing this that way it will look normal from the outside.

Nah, Screw it, I live in Texas. Nobody gets all that fired up about the pipe. Dealer even warrantys me, 5" stainless turbo back with a Y pipe and dual 7 inch tips.

The version I have been using is this one:
Jun. 8, 2009 - Software update
Smarty S67 - performance improvement
Smarty S67ME - no exhaust gas thermocouples needed
====
By boring a 4 inch hole through both of them (NOX, and the DPF pieces), then there is no need to tie the connectors under there. they are were they meant to be. Looks great, and rides even better. I have even put back the pass through EGR pipe. Of course I welded the damn thing shut!
