S67ME SMARTY
As for smoke, I have run SW5 with torque, timing and rail pressure all set at 2, and don't see any smoke. Today, I loaded SW7, with torque set at 2, rail pressure and timing both at 1, and the only smoke I'm seeing is coming off my tires.
Lucus(dodgeram082500) can make his smoke on 9, but it's not too bad. More of a dark gray haze than anything. Sounds like everything is working fine for you.

Yeah, if youre not on level 9 you dont smoke much. Kinda annoying when someone with an 80 HP chip on their 5.9 is sitting there, saying "my truck has more power, it smokes more" Bleh... Nobody pays attention to the actual facts in diesel do they?
For REVO to turn EGR/DPF REGEN OFF.
You just have to keep pressing the ">", the Smarty set up will takes you to screen that provide you with option of:
1. Regen Off
2. Regen ON

Yes it helps me all around specially with MPG.
Now I am using this version:
Jul.13, 2009 - Software update Revo 14 ( both "S" and "ME" version )
Also, for the tubo setting I have it at level 3. I do like it big time and all around it is very impressive. The exhaust break is working much better now, specially when I am hualing a big trailer.
Highly recommend that all Cummins lovers with 6.7L get a Smarty.
Last week I passed the inspection here in NC State. The dude looked all around and said all look like stock, and asked if I am going to do anything with it, I said I like it just the way it is!!
I have a 4 inch hole bored into both parts. It sounds just like it was before. All electrical connections are there. The EGR tube is welded from inside, so it looks just like it came out of show room.
I am just lovin it.
