We are working on a kit as we speak. Should be done by end of summer or earlier. Will be pretty stealthy!

I would like a kit for my 6.7 but not until i have put a few more miles on it so it breaks in a little.... Has anyone but a new turbo on one of these? I have a 50mm holset i would like to use on it so i can achieve 45psi of boost but i havent heard of any turbo upgrades on these trucks. I dont have to go thru any inspections so I'm not worried about emissions or any of that crap.

There is an article in the May '08 issue of Diesel Power on a 6.7 buildup that PDI did. They used an Industrial Injection Silver Bullet, and according to the article "PDI had to build a module to manipulate the engine control unit (ECU) into allowing the truck to run properly." That might be a good place to start looking for info on running the Holset you have. They also did a DPF and EGR delete. According to the dyno sheet in the article, they got 618.2HP/1297.5 lb-ft out of it, including all the other mods.
Industrial Injection also has a wheel/shaft/bearing mod for the stock turbo that is supposed to help as well.
I looked into doing the stock turbo mod and their Stealth injectors, good for about 50hp and 95-ish lb-ft, til I found out the injectors alone were going to cost me over 2500. Hopefully the price on 6.7 injectors will come down as more cores come available.

Well i was looking at my 06 5.9 and the 6.7 and they are nearly identical as far as sensors and locations and that kind of thing and i even looked at the waste gate plug for the electronic control and there is no difference so i think I'm goona order that DPF delete and the EGR delete and a chip and throw that turbo on and see if this truck gets any faster. It was pretty quick already when i bought it brand new. I'll have 2800 on it after this weekend, so I think that'll be enough time to let it break in and start doin litttle mods to it.

was talking to a cummins tech buddy of mine and he said that the new 6.7 has an injector code programmed in the ecm. change injectors without the new code and she don't run. probably why they are only offering nozzles for the beast right now. some computer hacker will git r dun though! LOL
