Smarty will now be coming from MADS locked to where you cannot flash the ME files on to them is what I heard. EFI live can from some tuners but most are not taking the risk unless its a true offroad vehicle. But if you do have a 07.5-09 just bye efi and if you want digital gauges just get a insight. It will be cheaper than a mini maxx as well

 

I found smarty junior with deletes but no h&s! I got mine 3 months ago and had problems getting everything then! Good luck man!!

 

We still have MINI MAXX RACE TUNERS, Smarty ME, and have EFI LIVE available.

The Mini Maxx are not cheap, We have to pay way WAY more for them than a few months ago.

 

Hey Jkidd, what is your companies policy when selling the delete tuners? Is there any way around the liability issue? Just wondering how to be protected from the epa at this point. Seems everybody is getting hit from the consumer to the seller to the installer.

 

signed waiver is the standard protection stating it is for closed course racing (offroad will not cut it)
