Default lost exhaust brake

Hey my dads 2010 3500 has Smarty Jr me, dpf delete, egr delete, and an AFE intake. he lost his exhaust brake and low end power. I pulled codes P040D, P0102, P032, P0131, and P0053. Has anyone experienced this? any help would be appreciated, Thanks

Sounds like a tuner issue. Have you tried resetting tune? That or return to stock settings and reload tuner. After installing an update I didn't loose my engine brake it was just really delayed. Reboot and all was good.

Ok I installed the newest updates for the smarty all codes are gone except P0102 for the MAF, still with same symptoms
