Default Gauge set up?

OK guys, I am a newb to the 6.7, but was pretty familiar with the 6.0. Just traded the ol ' 06 F250 for a '12 F350 DRW, and I want to run some gauges in this one as well. The truck does have the function to show EOC and ECT, but I want a ready reference for all of the pertinents at the same glance. I am hearing that the SCT livewire TS or the Edge CTS are good choices, but am not looking at doing a tune just yet. Still a little scared to screw with it just yet. Suggestions?

Wonder if I should move this to the main page?

Default gauges / gauge-tuners

I'm not familiar with Edge or SCT products, but after briefly looking over them on their sites, I would definitely buy a gauge/tuner combo if I were you. I have Bully Dog myself, but not partial to them. H&S is also a great product and very similar. You can install them without ever having to run a "tune", and just use them for monitoring purposes. If and when you decide to do a tune, that option is always there and only takes about 3 minutes to complete. Once the tune is installed, you also have the option to run in "stock mode" if you wish. When it's time to take it to the dealer for service or warranteed repairs, just uninstall the software tune, unplug and hide/remove the hardware and mounting, and you have a "stock" truck. Here's the monitoring capabilities of Bully Dog Triple Dog GT (gauge tuner) straight from their website:
•Exhaust Gas Temperature (Pyrometer)
•Turbo Boost Pressure
•Speed
•Engine RPM
•Coolant Temperature
•Fuel Rail Pressure
•Manifold Absolute Pressure
•Timing Position
•Injection Pulse Width
•Throttle Position (%)
•Air Intake Temperature
•Mass Air Flow
•Barometer
•Battery Voltage
•Engine Oil Temperature
•Injection Control Pressure
•Transmission Temperature
•Engine Load
•Real Time Fuel Economy

H&S Mini Maxx (straight from their website)
• Current Power Level
• Transmission Gear Position
• Estimated Torque *11-12 Models Only*
• Torque Converter Status
• Pyro 1
• Pyro 2
• Speed
• Boost Pressure
• Engine RPM
• Coolant Temperature
• Injector Pulse Width
• Throttle Percentage
• Intake Air Temperature
• Barometric Pressure
• Battery Voltage
• Oil Temperature
• Fuel Rail Pressure (ICP)
• Transmission Temperature (Auto)
• Load Percentage
• Timing
• Exhaust Back Pressure
