Default Turbo issues

I have a 2014 ram 3500 cummings 6.7l. I bought it brand new. it now has 218,000 miles on it and the turbo has gone bad. looking for different options and/or advise on what to do or buy. Factory? After market turbo? only big issues I have is that I live in the state of California.

Depends on your power goal- if you are happy with the performance of the truck so far then throw a stocker back in and call it good for another 218k- even with a stock turbo you can use some tuning for a moderate power gain-
