Got a 2008 dodge ram. The radio lights and the EVIC lights are dim and hard to read in the daytime as if the headlights are on. Headlights are off. Any ideas?

I would definatsly check the dimmer switch like coorsman says. It's the most likely problem.

Dash lights are OK. It is just the radio and the EVIC light that is dim.

Everything works as it should except those two things. The radio And EVIC (the overhead consel) are so dim in the daytime that they are not readable. Tried the dash light dimming wheel with no luck.
