08 6.7 knocking any ideas

08 6.7 knocking any ideas

Ok so my truck is knocking at temp only in low rpm's with a load i adjusted the valves both cold and re checked hot any one have any suggestions on what i should check next sounds almost like a rod knock to me

Monitor oil pressure and check oil and drain plug for metel if you think it's a rod. Rod knocks are a much lower tone than rockers or lifters.
