it was buchanna dodge in southern pa. I called dodge customer service and filed a complant and the asked what would make me happy and how the can keep me as a customer. i told them that i wanted a new truck as a replacement. they said no problem and they will make it happen. we will see how long this will take. they are to call me on monday sometime to let me know.

That's great to hear. This not being a Dodge warrenty problem it amazes me they would even get involve but I'm glad to hear things are going your way.

I get to pick up me new truck on sat. The dealer has to go to ny to get it. boy are the **** that dodge made them buy my truck back replace my truck back and replace it with a new one. not geting a free truck i know thats what it sounds like. but no money changing hands. and i get a new truck!!!

thank god for dodge customer service and making there dealers fix there mistakes. no matter the cost. will aways own a dodge.

just letting you guys know I got my new truck today.

same as my old one but different color. like this color better.

Why save the motor at that point ? just so it can fail prematurely after warranty ends
