Its all good!

Yea the lines to which i speak, take the air pressure difference between the front and back of the DPF to determine how clogged it is, thus to determine when the system goes into Regen.

When It goes into Regen there is more fuel injected upstream from the DPF to raise temp high enough to burn the soot to ash.

I was referring to the metal fuel lines that go into the exhaust in front of the dpf. My 6.7 already had the DPF removed but i went ahead and replaced the whole exhaust a week after i had it. Im assuming they are the fuel lines for the regen process. If im wrong, please corret me.

them are not fuel lines if u look on your tranny on the pass side where the psi sensor is that they conect too no fuel what so ever the fuel goes through the engine still to do the regen

What coors said!

If you follow those lines they connect to a pressure sensor, to determine when a regen is required.

I took all that off when i put the exhaust on. No lines. All gone, bye bye. So for regen, it just over-fueled the motor? Thats gay. Glad I deleted EVERYTHING !!

No regens possible when using a delete pipe and a programer, not if its designed properly.

I went with a H&S Mini Maxx programer, a diamond eye delete pipe, sinister egr/egr cooler delete, and a fuel rail plug. Never been happier. Actually before I had so many issues with EGR/DPF related componets, I got so ticked off I almost sold the truck, then I did the deletes WHAT A RIDE!

I was saying from the factory. They over-fueled them to burn out the dpf.

YEP, I think sometimes the urea would have beed a better design for soot burn off, all your truck gets clogged with is cow squirt. Not that I want that either.
