Question I have a 2007 6.7 need help with

I have 95,500 miles on it,Haven't had the cash to modify yet,so it's still stock.
Driving it yesterday morning I put about 60 miles on it to a couple of jobs, then back to the shop.Worked a couple of hours in the shop weny out to go to another job and it won't start. All the lights worked,it would crank over just fineand no codes showed up in the computer.WTF Crank Sensor or something else????

Before you panic, pull batteries and have them checked. Diesel engines is very hard on batteries. Lights may work but may not have enough cold cranking amps to turn over engine. I had this problem at around 60K miles and once batteries were replaced it was fine. If batteries are fine use code reader to read computer is the next step. Good luck to you sir.

There's a number of things it could be with these common rails if its leaking off fuel somewhere say the return port on the back of the head it wont build enough rp to fire or the cam sensor could be out which that would throw a code if the batteries aren't charged enough they won't crank fast enough to build rail psi you lift pump could even be out you just have to check the small things before you go with anytging major

Yessir if it has been in a hard pull where the rp will spike it could have posdibly hung open and bleed off psi there best way to check that is to pull the intake and tgen pull the valve if fuel comes out of the valvr then your valve is stuck

I would say start small, like the batteries, then move to filters, then to fuses and relays.
