Default Valves starting to rattle

First i would like to say thanks for all the info for my truck. to dieselbombers. Now that i have did some mod to my truck it has ran great for the past few months but i am noticing a valve rattling sound. But mainly when the truck is cold. Is this normal?

you talkin when the truck is cold and you get on it a bit or let the turbo spool up??

Yes. Once the truck is warm it seems to not happen. I have the EGR and DPF delete's,smartyjr s67me, with a 5" turbo back

ya i know whatyour talkin about i dont think its valve rattle i think its more timing rattle not positive my truck does it to just when its cold just make sure you let your truck warm up and your thermostat is letting water flow before you get down on it
