Default hmm something is wrong

truck has real rough idle and is puffing blue smoke if u rev it up it runs fine and drives down the road with no smoke let off throttle it almost stalls out and then back to rough idle

I had that happen as well. Dont remember if I had the blue smoke. Ran weak and rough until about 1700 rpm then did ok.. Turned off the ingnition and restarted later and ran fine. Was told it had to do with the turbo and cold weather and thats when it seemed to happen. Mostly with temps below 20. The last ECM reflash was to prevent that but Ive had it happen once since then. Again cold temps. This probably doesnt help but its what Ive had happen.

i let mine sit overnight and it still runs like **** iim gonna swap injectors tonight

do u happen to have elctronic rail pressure gauge and make sure the wire is not grounding out mine did this and i had the wires hooked backwards and sounded like i had a ginormous cam sounded rediculous and also check the throttle blade if still in place and buy a 40$ delete mine kept flapping shut and after $2500figured out the blade was flapping shut under any kind of lug just a thought

i dont think its a wire grounding out its to consistant for that i swapping out with a diff set of injectors and hope that does the trick
