08 ram 3500 can you swap a bad 6.7 with 06 5.9? I have the whole truck and wire harness, computer and steering colum

I think you might want to check your DMV for laws concerning engine swaps.

Most of the time you can drop a newer engine in an older vehicle to stay current with emissions laws, but not vice versa.
