you will need to do the exhaust first, dont delete the egr first or you will clog the dpf. the guys at h&s are really cool so getting help with their products is very easily. you will definitely enjoy your truck more after the deletes

 

The $5000 settlement? Was this $5000 in your pocket and you keep your truck? Was this $5000 to shut you up? Please do tell! I'm having the same issues with my 09 and was thinking of filing the Lemon Law papers on it today. I would love to hear more details about what your lawyer said.

 

I did. now i see around 18/19 mpg if i keep my foot out of it..............LMAO.... but that don't happen much.

Once you learn your way around the revo settings, you should be able to pull 22-23 empty on the highway. I've found that the higher horsepower tunes give me better mileage, IF I can keep my foot out of it. I have a heavy right foot too.
