my 07 is bone stock and in town i range at about 13 mpg, flat road country 14 to 16, pulling in mtns about 9 to 12, it all depends on how hard you run it.

I got 11 to 13 before the dpf delete now i get between 16 to 18. Thats all open road going about 70. But if you try to pass every car on the road it is considerably less.

I pull 13,000 on a regular basis with mine Before the Deletes and Smarty it got 10 mpg just like yours. After I did the deletes and Smarty I'm getting 16. That's running 75 down the highway.

howdy folks, I have a 2008 6.7 double cab 4x4 everything is stock and so far no issues with dpf or egr. empty I get 18+ and towing my TT (little over 8000lbs) we get 12-13, in town empty about 14-15.5. I have 3.73-1 gearing.
