Default new oil filter from cummins
i just got an e-mail from cummins about a new filter for the 6.7. anyone get this one.
part numbers-
fleetguard-fs3257
cummins-5257769
mopar-68061633aa

this new set up has a cartridge filter that is a filter in a filter(stratapore) from fleetguard
they did not give me any pricing for it.

they are saying it is a 5 micron rating@98.7% efficiency
they have a number you can call for updates
1-800-22filter

sorry i'm an *** this is for the new fuel filter not oil...

This is the new filter that comes on the '09 trucks. Also a replacement for earlier trucks.

yes thats the one. now you just change the filter and the housing stays. should make it cheaper in the long run

is there a way to edit the header on this post. i put it up and it should say fuel filter not oil.
