IIRC these manifolds are divided in the center. i know the stock and aftermarket one on my 12v is. if you mounted it dead center then you aren't getting a correct reading.

ok. so i need to move it. can do. but what should i plug the hole with?

1/8th npt pipe plug you can get from lowes. part number 34797 they are like 1.92 at my lowes

looks like this



or where it is square you can get some that are recessed in and use an allen wrench. those can be obtained from Fastenal

the 6.7s dont have the divider down the middle. You are fine to tap it right in the center.

but is that like flooring it and holding it there? cause i think i've had my pedal to the floor twice with edge on max and mp-8 up and if i to its for like 10 seconds. and i see 1150-1250 area and as soon as i let off the accelerator it drops in a couple seconds back to 600-750 area.
