im not geting any codes, but my turbo and exhaust brakeare doing the exact same thing...bucking, loss of power, excessive smoke...guess ill be taking it in for the 3rd time...i run hotshot too, and i aint sleepin in texas heat, or any heat for that fact if ihave an a/c....oh yea, thats b.s. on diesels not idling for periods of time...and the 6.7 to my understanding, had passed all emission tests to idle under the "clean air law"

its not because of the law that you cant let the trucks idle. you cant let them idle because the emissions are so restrictive at idle rpms it doesnt allow the soot pass thru the turbo, which backs up in the spiral veins in the turbo. when those get clogged with soot the turbo does not function properly.

well i had 4 turbos put in my 07 dodge on the way to take it to the dealer for the buy back. the 4 one wouldnt make any boost.
