will my truck pass smog in california?

I just bought an 08 3500 cummins in Georgia and it currently has the following:
Egr & cooler delete
Dpf delete
4 inch Turbo back exhaust
Cold air intake system
Smarty S67 programmer
Engine exhaust brakes

will this truck pass smog inspection in california?

Im going to say no because it has emissions removed

Nope if it's missing all EPA it will fail no tuner will make it pass dodge uses obd2 to check sensors ready status and if they come up not ready will not pass emission or smog "" I know this all to well I have a 12 cummins " so keep all the stuff or sell it and buy stock exhaust and egr for sticker time and slap all the off road stuff back on..
