Default What clutch set up to run?

Hey guys. SO I just did my DPF/EGR delete's in my mega cab 3500. I through the Smarty Jr in and it seems to work great! But I think my clutch might be slipping a little. Would like to upgrade. Truck is stock besides the programmer but plan to build it up, I do do a bit of hauling with it. So what would be a good set up to go with, good quality along with a good price. Thanks

South Bend. I just ordered mine today at the behest of my mechanic. I went with a single disc organic good to 500hp supposedly. Gives me room to grow. Check out their site and get the appropriate one for your power level/future goals.

south bend dd came apart - Dodge Cummins Diesel Forum. Here you go. Read up. Be sure you look at the pictures and the video. I am now. Running. The same clutch and trans. Behind my 12v I replaced. The roll pins with solid pins. To keep the floating plate where it should be. Guess what no vibrations.

I read your posts. That sucks. Hopefully I'll be alright with the single disc.
I haven't found many complaints about them while searching. It does sound like your complaint has merit.

ya i spent alot of time on the phone and emailing peter at south bend. he just tried to make it sound like it wasnt the clutches fault and that it wouldnt cause a vibration. i have been around racing and performance stuff long enough i know what something is going to do that rotates at high rpm thats way off center. so i just advertise my complaints. anytime i can maybe it will boost there sells hahaha.
