Hey Everybody Its been awhile but i found me another truck. But here is the problem.
I think it has a programmer on it but i dont know what kind (brand)
The truck already has a TBE 5" straight pipe and No check engine light, but it does still the EGR. and also the over head console display states Perform service everytime i start up.

The truck is getting about 20-24 MPG and i checked it by hand as well. Any thought on how Im going to figure this out without having to take it in to dealer?????? Thanks For the Help

did you purchase the truck already? from a dealer or private party? See if you can get the previous owners # and call him. you can try the oil change reset and the crank case filter reset, that might do the trick.
do a quick google search to find out how to do these resets. they are super easy!!

 

yea I got the truck and yes it has programmer on it. No way can it high idle, run without the dfe, and spedo be Way off with out a programmer Spedo reads 80 and im doing 72. talked to the dealership and they bought it from auction. i guess i will have to buy programmer and take it to dealer to flash the computer unless yall can tell me how to do it my self.
