Default Another headgasket

Hi everyone. I have a 2011 Ram 5500. I installed the MiniMax about 12k miles ago. Never had any problems, other than fuel mileage for the the first 93k. I left the EGR system intact, but did delete the DPF & SCR along with the H&S. Blew the headgasket and EGR cooler, so I had the head resurfaced, maganafluxed and valve job. Replaced EGR cooler with a beefed up Sinister version, radiator, thermostat, and fan clutch. Even replaced the emission junk back to stock. All in all...$7200.00. I feel snake bit and really want to go back with the deletes but a little leary. Everywhere I've read, people are saying for a dedicated work truck, leave it stock. What to do? If someone responds with delete it, please explain how I can without spending another 7k to fix the head gasket agin. I.e... ewg? Thanks in advance and sorry for being so long winded.

Forgot to mention, I did have ARP 625's installed as well.

If your using it as a work truck then leave it deleted and with no programer. Sure your gonna loose some MPG but is it worth a 7000 dollar bill again?

I have to leave the MiniMaxx on if I want to leave it deleted. Just leave it on stock power? I still have the MM installed, but with no power and DPF present.

Don't run the stock head gasket either. I blew 2 of them with studs. I run smarty with Lazarsmiths Vulcan head gasket with no problems. What so ever. The Vulcan hg was designed for the 6.7 they are designed to run with or without orings. I'm running orings and love it wouldn't change it for anything
