Default Help dnt know what's wrong

When truck is idling sometimes it revs up a tenth of a rpm or when driving at around 60+ the truck feels like its surging all gauge temps are good. Just replaced fuel filter. Truck has complete 5 inch exhaust H&S tuner egr delete throttle valve delete and dpf and a air filter. What do you think it is please help

It sounded like a fuel issue bc it will do it without the ac on I was thinking maybe the FICM?

My truck has been surging really bad at high rpms ever since I put in my smarty senior. I thought it might be an air problem so I put in a s&b intake and that didn't help. Then I thought it might be a fuel problem so I put in a airdog 2 165 and that didn't help either!!!! Please help us!!!!
