NC Inspection
Is there anyone in NC running a smarty tuner /w emissions deletes? If so did you delete the deletes, and unlock the programmer before getting the inspection, or is it safe to hook up to the obd2 scanner?

Just wanted to follow up on my post. I had the truck inspected today and apparently diesels are exempt from any emissions checks in NC. Actually took it with only the down pipe as an exhaust! Hehe.
