Yeah i wouldnt mess with a plugged dpf i would even look at removing it and put mbrp without the tuner until you get smarty. You may throw codes but mine didnt have real issues ,i drove it for an afternoon with no tune just to see the difference and pick up the smarty. It is night and day with nox, cat and dpf filters gone. Its gonna take a while to clean out engine after 227000 mi of periodic regens. My engine stays relatively clean now allowing me to run synthetic for the cold canadian winter without adding soot to it. Just a thought.
