Delete it or take it apart and pull the flap out. I didnt know about the flap and i was sucking it shut. I haf all kinds of hell just remove it.

Thank you, I may take you up on that. I just unplugged the valve for now. I am still working on the cooler delete and want to see how that works before adding more mods.

I started installing my H&S EGR/Cooler delete this morning and when I got to the rear block off plate for the cooler, I noticed it has a hole drilled and thredded right in the middle of the plate. Is this supposed to be here? It doesn't look right. I am pretty sure coolant will come shooting out of there when I start it up ...

I will see if I can add a picture. Thanks for any help.

Threaded hole in EGR plate is used for pyro or plugged

Thanks for the reply. The kit didn't come with a plug but I assume I could just put a bolt in there right.

It won't be bolt threads it's 1/8 27 npt so pipe threads
