Default 75hp nozzles. what else must be done to make em work

I want to put some larger nozzles in my 2008 but I don't know what else must be done to make it all work correctly or is there anything at all ?

I think before injectors I would do a turbo. It is just to small. Only reason I have the stock turbo on my 12, is for the exhaust brake.

It just seems to much money and work to swap the turbo you got to geta new manifold right and hose plugs and stuff to that's like 700 before the purchases of the turbo. Our is there a easy swap rust I'm not finding i don't want mega power i just want more than the genetic exhaust and tuner that everyone has. And i figured if the truckdoesn't blow black smoke then it still had plenty of air to add some extra fuel too.but on another note is there any kind of custom tuning that must be done or I'd it just simple as put them in and go
