H&S is what I have been running and have been very happy with it. No issues at all.

 

Since when can any of the SCT stuff correct for tire sizes? It has an input for revolutions per mile, but that's just for trans shifting, it doesn't actually correct the speedo...

 

On mine it asks if I've installed diffrent size tires and if I want to correct for them-I figured it was for the speedo but it could be for tranny shifting.

 

Just ordered my H&S XRT and cat/DPF delete pipe today

 

it seems as if spartan makes more power then h & s is this true or is h & s better then the spartan

 

I'm leaning towards a spartan I have a buddy who runs it and it's a beast. Can you order the programmer with the 275 310 and 350 tunes already installed??

 

Hey I would say that H&S Performance Tuners offer great features for the Ford 6.4L. You can use the H&S tuner with or without your diesel particulate filter. If you do DPF delete tuning, you will need DPF delete exhaust pipes.

Many people think that, but click on the link provided to H&S Performance site. Read under DPF Selection first Paragraph. You have the option to tune DPF Present or DPF Removed.

I switched from a Bully Dog to an H&S Black Maxx. Much better. I looked into the spartan but my mechanic told me to stay away from them.
