ok guys I am new to the 6.4 world. I decided through some hard thinking that a 6.4L would be a pretty sweet addition to a 94-96 Ford Bronco. Any tips on how to get ahold of a fairly cheap truck?

I am thinking I am going to use most of the parts from the truck, aka shorten the frame. I plan on using pretty much everything but the body. The interior, wiring harness, lights, the whole deal if it will work.

I am wondering what kind of tuner/what other performance goodies to use to get some good numbers out of it and some decent mileage?

It will be a racer/daily driver/dyno king.

I heard the spartan is one of the best tuners. I know an intake kit is a must, a dpf removal exhaust. I plan on removing all the emissions crap on it. I dont know about maybe bigger turbos, injectors, and pump upgrades. but I havent heard of any pump upgrades for the 6.4 yet. oh and the trans. I planned on keeping it too with maybe some upgrades to it. But I have heard good things from the 6.4 tranny being fine with all the power.

Just a list of what you guys use on your personal rigs would be nice like tuner, exhaust, turbos, injectors, pump upgrades, nitrouse is a possibility but not a necessity and tranny upgrades. Just what yall run and what numbers you have seen on either the track, dyno or towing.(EGTs, hp, tq, 1/4 mile, 1/8 mile, or anything anyone would suggest.)

well thank you very much. It wont be happening for a long time cuz I got to graduate college and pay back my student loans but hopefully that wont take too long like maybe 6 years ha
