Default 6.5 head gasket

so i am pretty sure that i blew a head gasket on omy 6.5 since i have been noticing a loss of antifreeze and a rising oil level. So my question is what are the best head gaskets to use when i replace them, should i get arp head studs, and is there any major problems anybody has had with taking heads off with the engine in the truck.

the only problem i had removing and reinstalling head in the truck is the rear head bolt on the passenger side couldn't be taken out without the head and couldn't be put in with the head sitting in position.
