you need a 4inch downpipe if you use a hx35

I'm not objective, because I sell them, but the A Team is all it's cracked up to be. Towing my first load today with it, and the improvement over stock is dramatic. That said, we are a little USA fledgling company. We don't have the dough to throw at dyno testing yet. We do hope to. It's a hard thing on the internet to trust, but I can tell you that the turbo is a major improvement over the GM.

Does the hx35 whistle louder than a A team? Has anyone personally heard both? Thanks

I haven't heard the ATT personally. It's been said it whistles less than the HX-35. My hx sounds like a semi when its spooled up. Check out my youtube channel I have some vids of the truck. 0-60 and other races and walk arounds.

What's your YouTube account? I am definitely doing one turbo or the other by July, Hx35 has a conversion kit on Ebay for a few hundred bucks to make it easy! Did you use the kit or custom?

I have a link to my youtube channel in my sig.

I got the hx-35 off a buddy. Its the 14cm exhaust housing, genuine Holset and not the CKO. However, several people have gone with the Ebay setups and have been happy with them.

I rebuilt the turbo, built the down pipe myself, and sourced everything myself. There are others on another forum that sell the down pipe and other parts needed to do the HX-35.
