Project TURBO 6.2
#21
the 6.5 manifold I had was short by 1" so the exhaust ports woudlnt line up. Once I realized that I scrapped the idea and just dropped the motor back in the rig and let it be. Then sold the parts on Ebay.
IMO they arnt worth the time and effort, youre better off selling it and getting a powerstroke, cummins or newer Dmax.

I have a military 6.2 that I have converted to turbo. I have it installed in a 89 jeep wrangler with a SM465 and NP205, D44's and 35's. I have been working on this for awhile and did a full frame off down to bare metal on the frame and back up on this project.
I am figuring this thing out little by little so its been a pain at times. Any advice you can give would be great. I am close to teh starting it up point, maybe this weekend or next week. I have a few questions two if anyone can lend some advice...
