Just keep in mind, bigger tires WILL decrease any improvements you may make. You will, however, certainly increase the coolness factor.

If you run straight pipe, you'll get a little more turbo whine out the exhaust But, with a better flowing turbo, the whine will be even louder.

Damn, your fresh out of diapers LOL!! The fact that you have a rig like that at your age is pretty damned cool. I got my first turbo diesel at 40. Like I said, straight pipe exhaust will increase turbo whine. Plus, a good free flowing air filter will increase the turbo whistle under the hood. Just a bit of advice..... in your endeavor to achieve louder turbo whine and whistle, dont do anything crazy thats gonna cause any damage. These diesels are damned expensive to repair. Make sure you do plenty of research for the things you wanna do, and do not cut corners

As it should be. That, my friend, is an early lesson in responsibility, and you come to appreciate what you have. Kudos to your parents, and to you for accepting such responsibility. Now go forth and conquer.

You just might rub chunks off the those meats during sharp turns....... or re-design the shape of the fenders or air-dam in the process.
