I could see about having them surfaced before being shipped to you??? Why don't I try and put you in contact with this guy. He has 16 sets of heads on the shelf right now, I'm sure he can get you something. He's a tech at some shop (not even sure) just know him from the forums and facebook. He said if you're in a pinch he'd sell them at that cost for you.

I just got off the phone with the owner of the machine shop and the insurance company is trying to fight paying anybody for the stuff they had at the machine shop because all of the records proving we had our stuff there burned in the fire.

 

That sucks. I know the machine shop I used for my heads was the same way, they hand wrote out the receipts etc...

 

Ya trying to find some 18mm heads now that are machined and ready for install that aint too expensive if anybody knows about any please let me know... you can text me at 573 253 9155

 

anybody wanna sell me a set of heads that are ready to install for 500 dollars the machine shop is trying to royaly screw me... they called me today and said that unless i wanted to wait a couple months till there done with there insurance company and getting a new building and equipment that i am gonna have to get new heads and pay for them myself... this is complete bs

 

The guy I told you about said he'd sell you a set for $200 dude....

Mike how can I get my hands on a set of those? Still have yet to do Pops' truck and would prefer to have a good set of heads standing by rather than waiting around with rags stuffed in the cylinders until a shop gets done with them.
