Default Mild tow rig build

Ok so i have a 2006 F250 thats getting built about august or early september. Have to get the rock crawler out of the shop and buttoned up first. And current mods are: sinister egr delete, S&B CIA, Banks CAC tube, blue spring upgrade, SCT tuner with KEM tunes, FP gauge, 6' lift, 35x13.50 MTZ's, full 4' exhaust, cat/muffler delete.

Build parts list:
APR head studs
OEM head gaskets
Airdog 2
Colt cam's 6.0L/6.4L 4k rpm cam
Hamilton pushrods
Hamilton valve springs
New uppipes with T4 flange
New turbo pedistal
62/68/.83 Borgewarner turbo
New ICP
HPOP STC upgrade
New standpipes
New dummy plugs
HPOP pressure gauge
EGT gauge
Trans temp gauge
Boost gauge

Big thanks to KEM, Holderdown performance, and the biggest thanks to Tim Barber @ TRE diesel.

well the build is happening right now. saddly the wife pulled the plug on some of it and at over $10k in parts and what not at the end it was just not worth the hassle. So it ended up being a short version and a LOT cheaper. He goes the list:

Rebuilt injectors from RCD 155/30% (no plans on upgraded turbo)
new stand pipes and dummy plugs
Airdog 100
EGT gauge
Boost gauge
Trans temp gauge

Only reason for all 3 was that @ $100 more for all 3 it was kinda a well might as well get them all at once haha.

Going to run the KEM tunes for a bit longer until I get tunes from Matt @ gearhead. Hoping to break 500hp with the truck after the new tunes. But not going to really be sad if I dont either. I am also going to do ARP studs one at a time some time but not really worried about those since i dont tow over 7k (ive had the truck loaded with the crawler on the trailer and weighed it on the scale). Im expecting the truck to be a lot faster to me just because after looking at the report from RCD on my injectors they were about at the very end of their usable life.

Personally I'd leave the ARP's out until it pukes. Putting them in one at a time has proven not to work quite a few times. Why do it all twice? Just leave them out and do the job after it blows the gaskets. That'd be my advice.

Have you looked at the MTW turbos? Quite a bit cheaper, you can be in a simple upgrade for about $800 or less. Stage 1 turbo would go well with those 155's, or even the hybrid.

well getting a fuel sump next and trying to figure out my fuel pressure issues (but thats another thread). Then gauges for egt, boost and trans temp. Maybe after some underways and stuff ill be able to get the MTW stage 1 or hybrid.
