I was considering picking up the Edge Insight CTS for monitoring my EGT, oil temp, coolant temp, and fuel pressure. Is the CTS capable of monitoring all of these? Also will I have to purchase anything extra in order to read these parameters or does the CTS come with everything I'll need? What is everyone's point of view on this monitoring system? Thanks

 

A lot of guys are using these now, really nice units. You can read almost anything with it. It will read the coolant and oil temp from the OBD port, nothing extra needed. For pyro you will need they pyro probe and will have to mount that in the exhaust manifold. We have pics floating around of where to do so. Same for fuel pressure, you will need the sensor for that, it can be tapped into the fuel bowl on top of the motor where the fuel filter is with a couple adapters. I'm sure some of the site sponsors can hook you up with everything you need.
