3U7A-12A650-FTG <-- I believe this was just the newer flash at the time that got rid of the inductive heating flash, so that the injectors buzzed when you first turn the key, opposed to when you shut the truck off. I believe the TCM just happens to be part of this flash... I think everything actually gets flashed when this is done, the ECM, PCM and TCM.

The 06E17 was a recall kind of thing for the EBP (exhaust back pressure sensor). I don't recall exactly what it was about but found this... Emission Recall 06E17 on 2003-2004 6.0L Powerstroke - Diesel Forum - TheDieselStop.com

Sounds like both of those are pretty old and were more or less mandatory on the 6.0's. Nothing to worry about, they were just "newer" flashes Ford had.

okay i wasnt worried just wanted to check on stuff thats been done to the truck, is there a newer flash that should be done to the truck to make it last longer and perform better or is everything else thats newer basically the same and not worth reflashing?

As long as your injectors buzz when you first turn the key to start the truck and NOT when you turn the key off, I wouldn't worry about any updated flashes. If it buzzes when you turn the key off, go get the flash. According to those numbers you posted, you're ok though, just run what you have. Stay on top of oil/filter changes and fuel filters.

Your sig doesn't say anything about a coolant filter... it'd be about the same price as getting an updated flash... might want to look into one.
