Default Oversize turbo??

Is anyone running the hybrid turbo without studs is it head bolt safe I dont think the hybrid is a whole lot bigger more CFM but not much more boost would I be safe?

What is it you're trying to do? Slapping a larger turbo on doesn't mean you're going to get more power right away, in fact it may be worse. Just because a turbo is larger, doesn't mean it's going to perform better.

What do you use the truck for, and what are your goals for power and such? Are you running stock injectors? Are you planning on upgrading injectors at any point? Just running hot tunes now? Need more info here.

The powermax is a GREAT upgrade over stock for those running stock or slightly larger injectors. Spools like stock, and will support a little more power over the stock turbo.

Well this one says great for a little over stock quicker spool up lower egts and moves more air but no more boost just more cfm I have stock injectors

What is the exact turbo you are talking about? I have the PowerMax with the original head bolts....no issues.

You didn't answer any of these questions, and you really can't pick a turbo out until you do.
