I am partial to AFE's myself.

I would NOT use a K&N.

Whatever you choose, I would definitely get a dry filter setup.

The OEM filter will beats all hands down for the long run in filtering and flowing. If you want to shorten the change/cleaning interval get an aftermarket kit.

im using the airaid dryfilter set up, pleases me with a lil better throttle response and sick whistle!! especially when i haul

I just switched to the dry airaid filter and so far im happy with it.

I agree with you keep the stockfilter. This is one thing Ford got right!
